Ingredients

The pork

  • 2 lb. boneless pork loin roast

The rub

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon fine salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 375℉ (medium-high heat).
  2. Combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pat the pork loin roast dry with a paper towel and rub the spice mixture all over the roast.
  4. Place the roast on the preheated grill over indirect heat and cook for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145℉.
  5. Remove the roast from the grill, cover loosely with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
