Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 375℉ (medium-high heat).
- Combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Pat the pork loin roast dry with a paper towel and rub the spice mixture all over the roast.
- Place the roast on the preheated grill over indirect heat and cook for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145℉.
- Remove the roast from the grill, cover loosely with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
