Pumpkin Waffles

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- Scoop about ½ cup of batter into the waffle maker.
- Cook until steam stops, then remove the waffle and place it on a wire rack.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
