Honey Sriracha Baked Chicken Wings

Honey Sriracha Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Pat the chicken dry and place it in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Place the chicken on a wire rack over a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
- Turn the broiler to HIGH and broil the chicken for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add in ginger and garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Stir in smoked paprika, ground cloves, honey, Sriracha, and lime juice, and let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Once the chicken is done, toss it in a large bowl with the honey Sriracha sauce to coat.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
