Instructions
- Melt ¼ cup chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir and heat for another 10 seconds if needed.
- Add 1 tsp oil to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Pour ⅓ of the chocolate into a silicone muffin liner, rotating to cover the sides ⅔ of the way up, and place in the fridge to harden.
- Repeat the previous step with the other 2 liners.
- Blend all cookie dough filling ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Once the chocolate bases are hardened, add 1 Tbsp of cookie dough into each chocolate base.
- Melt the remaining ¼ cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp oil, then pour evenly over the filled cups.
- Tap the bottom of the cups gently on a hard surface to even out the tops.
- Place in the fridge to harden completely before enjoying.
