The black beans and corn

can black beans, drained and rinsed

frozen or fresh corn kernels, thawed if frozen

Instructions
- Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the salmon and rub in the spices, then let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes, then add beans, corn, and salt, cooking until heated through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and toss in cilantro and lime juice.
- Heat a clean outdoor grill or a grill pan over high heat.
- Grill the salmon covered for about 8-10 minutes or until the fish is opaque throughout.
- Serve the salmon with the black beans, corn, and lime wedges.
