Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter, garlic powder, and salt in a microwave-safe dish or on the stove.
- Brush the melted butter on the inside of the sub rolls.
- Toast the sub rolls in the oven for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Meanwhile, warm the pasta sauce and cooked meatballs in a saucepan.
- Assemble the subs by adding 3 meatballs to each toasted sub roll.
- Drizzle with ¼ to ½ cup of pasta sauce and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake the assembled subs in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Top with chopped parsley before serving.
