Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 24 meatballs.
- Transfer the meatballs to a wire rack on a baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes, turning once.
- Toss cooked meatballs with half of the marinara sauce.
- Place toasted sub rolls on a baking sheet and add 3 to 4 meatballs to each.
- Top with remaining marinara and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
