Instructions
- Remove the cherry stems and pit the cherries.

- Cook covered for 5 minutes until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the sauce boils, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the sauce to cool to room temperature before using.
