  3. Add salt and a sprinkle of black pepper to the whisked eggs.
  4. Once the butter and olive oil are melted and sizzling, pour in the eggs.
  5. When the edges of the eggs begin to set, gently move them around the pan.
  6. Continue cooking until the eggs are fluffy and dry, then serve.
