The cooking fat

  • ½ Tablespoon Butter

The seasoning

  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl until well combined and airy.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and add the eggs.
  3. Gently push the eggs from the sides of the skillet to the center with a rubber spatula, repeating this for about two minutes.
  4. Stop cooking when the eggs are mostly set but still slightly undercooked.
  5. Serve the soft scrambled eggs warm.
