Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, eggs, corn muffin mix, canned corn, creamed corn, sugar, sour cream, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- 3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- 5. Let cool for 5-7 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
