Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add sour cream, then stir in melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, then add the creamed corn and cheese.
- Mix until just combined and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 42 to 48 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
