My Go-To Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 big handful baby spinach
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 unit Persian cucumber
  • ¼ cup fresh mint (about 20 leaves)
  • ½ unit avocado
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (14 grams)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4-5 unit ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice and blend again until thick and cold.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
