Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in four 16-ounce jars starting from the bottom: 4 ounces of grilled chicken, ¼ cup quinoa, ¼ cup tomatoes, 1 tablespoon dressing, ¼ cup corn, 1 tablespoon Parmesan, 1 cup arugula, 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, and 1 tablespoon pepitas.
- Cover each jar with a lid and refrigerate.
- When ready to eat, shake the sealed jar to combine the ingredients.
