nutritional yeast

lime or lemon juice

Instructions
- Cut the tofu into small cubes or crumble it into a bowl.
- In a jar, mix the nutritional yeast, pepper, sea salt, lime juice, and olive oil, then shake until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the tofu and gently stir to coat all the tofu.
- Transfer the tofu back to the jar and pour any excess brine over it.
- Let it marinate for at least an hour, preferably overnight, and adjust lime juice to taste before serving.
