Instructions
- Rinse the mushrooms and cut them into halves or quarters.
- Peel and mince the garlic, then zest and juice the lemon.
- In a skillet, cook the mushrooms in half of the olive oil until soft and they have released their water.
- Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, zest, minced garlic, thyme leaves, bay leaf, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir the mixture well and let it cool to room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.
