Ingredients

  • lbs new potatoes
  • 1 16 oz. package andouille sausage
  • 3 ears fresh corn
  • 2 lbs medium to large shrimp
  • 1 packet Old Bay shrimp/crab boil seasoning
  • 4 pieces lemons

Instructions

  1. Bring the potatoes, sausage, corn, lemons, and Old Bay seasoning to a boil.
  2. Keep boiling for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes and corn are tender.
  3. Reduce heat to a low simmer and add the shrimp, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until pink.
  4. Remove from heat and drain the water.
  5. Serve on a picnic table lined with newspapers and provide butter, hot sauce, and additional seasoning.
