Tartar Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the beer batter by mixing flour, beer, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip cod fillets in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Cook bacon in a pot, then add onions and potatoes to sauté.
- Pour in cream and add clams to the pot, simmer until thickened.
- Grate potatoes and onion for latkes, mix with eggs and flour, and fry until crispy.
- Combine mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, capers, and dill to make tartar sauce.
