Instructions
- Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl, adding olive oil while whisking.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and add the green beans, cooking undisturbed for 2 minutes.
- Stir the beans and continue to cook until they blister but remain crisp, about 6 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the beans to a serving dish, drizzle with vinaigrette, and garnish with herbs.
