The dressing

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, then stir in thyme leaves.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add green beans and toss to coat.
- Add water to the skillet, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until the beans are tender but still crisp.
- Transfer the cooked beans to the bowl with the dressing and toss to coat.
- Season to taste and serve on a platter.
