Instructions
- Heat butter and oil in a large skillet.
- Add green beans and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Cover the skillet and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue to sauté until the green beans are browned and tender, for 1 to 5 minutes more.
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and add lemon zest, then serve warm.
