Instructions
- Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil and green beans to the pan.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until green beans have blistered or browned on the sides.
- Add in garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Stir and sauté for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, add lemon juice to pan, and stir to combine.
- Serve.
