Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add green beans, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 4 minutes until bright green and slightly under-done.
- Push green beans to the sides of the pan and create a well in the center.
- Add butter to the well and let it melt, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir the green beans and garlic together, then remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
