Ingredients

The green beans

  • 8 oz green beans

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • to taste salt
  • 3 dashes ground white or black pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until light brown.
  3. Add the green beans, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir until cooked.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
