Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 1 pound green beans

The seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 unit lemon (juice of one)
  • to taste unit salt
  • to taste unit pepper

The oil

  • a drizzle of unit olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan.
  2. Add minced shallots and cook for one minute.
  3. Stir in the green beans and pour lemon juice over them.
  4. Toss the green beans and cook until tender but still crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
