Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- While the fries are baking, prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, white wine vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook the diced onion and ground beef until browned, then stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until warmed through.
- To assemble, divide the lettuce among plates, top with beef, fries, tomatoes, avocado, green onions, and cheese.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
