Ingredients

The Fries

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Maria's Toppings (sweet potatoes)

  • 1 cup Arla Dofino Chili-Lime Gouda, shredded
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • ½ avocado diced

Josh's Toppings (regular potatoes)

  • cup Arla Dofino Jalapeño Havarti, shredded
  • 3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • ½ avocado diced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place sweet potatoes and russet potatoes on a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the fries over and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese according to preference.
  6. Return to the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
