Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place sweet potatoes and russet potatoes on a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the fries over and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese according to preference.
- Return to the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
