Oven-Baked Cheese Fries

The Ranch Dressing

buttermilk

sour cream

fresh chives (chopped + extra for garnish)

fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler to high and line a sheet pan with foil if desired.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven about 8 to 10 inches below the heating element for 10 minutes until they start to brown.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until they are brown and tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, whisk together all the ranch dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Once the potatoes are done, sprinkle cheese over them and return to the oven for 30-60 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the oven, top with crumbled bacon, drizzle with ranch dressing, and garnish with extra chives if desired.
