Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries

Skinny Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the bacon and chop it once cool.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Peel and cut the potatoes, then toss them with olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
- Warm the ranch dip and toss it with the chicken.
- Remove fries from the oven and top with chicken, cheeses, and bacon.
- Return to the oven until the cheese melts, then top with chives and serve.
