Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries

Ingredients

The fries

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

The toppings

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup Skinny Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
  • ¼ cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • to taste fresh chopped chives
  • slices bacon cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon and chop it once cool.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes, then toss them with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
  5. Warm the ranch dip and toss it with the chicken.
  6. Remove fries from the oven and top with chicken, cheeses, and bacon.
  7. Return to the oven until the cheese melts, then top with chives and serve.
