Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare baking sheets.
- Cut the potatoes into desired fry shapes and coat with coconut oil.
- Arrange the fries without touching and bake for 40 minutes until crispy.
- In a pan, heat oil and cook the carrots, onions, and garlic until tender.
- Blend the cooked vegetables with cashews and other cheese sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Plate the fries, top with the cheese sauce and desired toppings, and serve with lime.
