Ingredients

The protein

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 avocado sliced

The salad

  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup red onion
  • ¼ cup dill pickles
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

The fries

  • 2 cups French fries

The spices

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic (granulated, fresh, or powder)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder

The dressing

  • 2 tbsp sweet onion dijon vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the ground beef for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  4. Preheat air fryer or oven and prepare French fries according to package instructions.
  5. In a large salad bowl, layer the ingredients: lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, pickles, cooked ground beef, fries, and cheese.
  6. Top with dressing of choice.
