Instructions
- Prepare the animal sauce dressing by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rinse and chop the Romaine lettuce into 2-inch pieces.
- Mix ground beef with seasoning salt, divide into four portions, and form mini burger patties.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet and cook the mini burger patties until browned on both sides.
- While the burgers cook, slice the red onion, cut the tomato into wedges, and shred the cheddar cheese.
- Assemble the salad by placing lettuce in bowls, adding onion, cheddar, tomato wedges, and mini burger patties.
- Drizzle the animal sauce dressing over the salads and serve.
