Ingredients

The Salad

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickle chips
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • optional sesame seeds, for garnish

Keto Big Mac Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon keto ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Swerve Granular
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well; adjust seasonings to taste.
  4. In a large salad bowl, layer romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, dill pickle chips, onion, and cooked ground beef.
  5. Top with the Big Mac sauce and garnish with sesame seeds if desired before serving.
