The Big Mac Sauce

dill pickle, finely diced
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ghee, then add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerating.
- Chop the lettuce, onion, pickles, tomatoes, and cheese (if using).
- Assemble the salad by mixing all ingredients in a large bowl or serve in individual bowls with the sauce drizzled on top.
