Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 8 oz Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
  • ¾ cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Pickles (diced)
  • to taste Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Pickles (diced)
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart and seasoning with salt and pepper until cooked through.
  2. While the beef cooks, blend the dressing ingredients until smooth and refrigerate.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and pickles.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef and drizzle the dressing over the salad, tossing to coat.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
