The Dressing

Instructions
- Prepare your meat of choice, sautéing ground beef with sea salt and pepper until browned, then set aside.
- Wash and chop all vegetables, keeping them separate.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until fully combined, adjusting seasonings and thinning with water if necessary.
- Assemble the jars by dividing the dressing evenly among four large mason jars, placing it at the bottom.
- Layer in the ground beef, followed by the other ingredients, saving the lettuce for last.
- Store jars in the fridge for up to one week. When ready to eat, dump contents into a bowl, mix, and enjoy.
