Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the burger sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Divide the chopped lettuce among four bowls and top with halved tomatoes, sliced onions, and shredded cheese.
- Add the cooked ground beef to each bowl and top with sliced avocado.
- Drizzle the burger sauce over the assembled bowls and serve.
