Ingredients

The Bowl

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 8 oz Leaf lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ cup Red onions (sliced thinly)
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 medium Avocado (sliced)

The Sauce

  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • tsp Sea salt
  • tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. While the beef is cooking, prepare the burger sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Divide the chopped lettuce among four bowls and top with halved tomatoes, sliced onions, and shredded cheese.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef to each bowl and top with sliced avocado.
  5. Drizzle the burger sauce over the assembled bowls and serve.
