Burger Bowl with Special Sauce

The Sweet Potato Wedges

The Special Sauce

mayonnaise

no-sugar-added ketchup

diced pickles

Dijon or yellow mustard

white vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Slice the sweet potatoes into wedges and place them on the baking sheet.
- Combine avocado oil, garlic powder, and chili powder, then drizzle over the sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
- Bake the sweet potatoes for 25-35 minutes, flipping when the undersides are browned.
- While the sweet potatoes bake, prepare the Special Sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl and adjusting seasonings.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the bowls with leafy greens, cooked ground beef, avocado, bacon, and desired toppings.
- Add sweet potato wedges to the side and drizzle with Special Sauce.
