Ingredients

The veggies

  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste salt and pepper

The chicken

  • pounds chicken tenders
  • teaspoons smoked paprika
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

The dressing

  • ¼ cup Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in boiling water for 30 minutes, adding cauliflower rice in the last few minutes, then let it rest.
  2. Steam green beans until tender, then mix with garlic, tomatoes, and avocado oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
