Instructions
- Toss shredded chicken in buffalo hot sauce to your preferred heat level.
- In 4 bowls or containers, add ½ cup of prepared rice and 4 oz of chicken to each.
- Top each bowl with ¼ cup of chickpeas.
- Add greens, veggies, and avocado on top.
- Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to taste.
