Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, combine the baby kale, red cabbage, radish, and orange segments.
- In a small bowl or jar, mix the dressing ingredients together.
- Pour some of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Adjust the dressing to taste, saving any leftovers for later.
- Serve the salad immediately.
