Instructions
- Chop the kale into thin ribbons.
- Drizzle the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Massage the kale to soften it, then let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Add lime juice, vinegar, onion, and orange to the kale.
- Allow to marinate for 10 minutes before serving.
