Instructions
- Soak dried chiles in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes until softened, then drain.
- Toast caraway, coriander, and cumin seeds in a skillet until fragrant, then grind them finely.
- In a food processor, combine drained chiles, ground spices, garlic, and salt, processing until a thick paste forms.
- With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth. Adjust salt to taste.
