Ingredients

The sauce

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • ½ teaspoon honey

The corn

  • 3 ears corns, cut into 3 pieces each
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • bottled to taste Chipotle seasoning

Toppings

  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with Chipotle seasoning.
  3. Grill the corn until slightly charred on both sides.
  4. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the corn and add Parmesan cheese.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
