Mexican Street Corn

Instructions
- Boil 4 quarts of water in a large pot and add the corn, cooking until bright yellow and tender, about 4 minutes.
- Remove the corn from the pot and let it cool slightly, then skewer with sticks if desired.
- Rub each ear of corn with half a lime.
- Coat the corn with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise using a spatula.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the corn and season with Tajin or chili powder to taste.
- Repeat the process for the remaining ears of corn.
