Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic, then cook them in olive oil until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, draining excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in flour and chili powder, cooking for a couple of minutes.
- Drain and rinse the black and kidney beans, then add them along with tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and corn to the pot.
- Add dry macaroni and beef broth, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When pasta is cooked, turn off the heat and mix in the cheese until melted.
