Instructions
- Heat oil in a wide skillet or pot over medium heat, then sauté onion and garlic until browned.
- Add tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian basil, and spaghetti, pressing the spaghetti to submerge it in the liquid.
- Cover and reduce heat to medium-low, cooking for 8 minutes until al dente, adding more broth if needed.
- Uncover, add salt, and turn off the heat. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
