Instructions
- Blend chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, red onion, garlic, ground clove, cumin, and oregano until smooth.
- Heat the Instant Pot on the Sauté setting.
- Season the brisket with salt and pepper, then sear in the Instant Pot with grape seed oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Pour the chipotle mixture over the browned beef, then add beef bone broth and bay leaves.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to the Meat/Stew setting for 1 hour.
- After cooking, use the Natural Pressure Release method to release the pressure.
- Remove the meat, shred it with forks, and return it to the pot. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
