Instructions
- Blend the beer, garlic, chipotles, onion, green chiles, lime juice, vinegar, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and cloves until smooth.
- Sear the beef in the Instant Pot using the sauté function until browned on all sides.
- Add the bay leaves and the blended sauce to the pot, mixing to coat the beef.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on manual for 60 minutes.
- Release the pressure carefully and remove the lid, discarding the bay leaves.
- Shred the beef with two forks and mix it back in the juices before serving.
