Instructions
- Soak the oats in milk for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and prepare a muffin pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then add the soaked oats and blueberries.
- Fill the muffin liners and bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 16-17 minutes.
- Allow the muffins to cool before transferring them to a wire rack.
